ilx resorts premier vacation clubs or varsity club The company said to upgrade a timeshare we already owned and showed us a model room that was completely renovated and twice the size of the actual room we purchased. Phoenix , Arizona
The company ilx resorts has stated how they were a growing company and all the timeshares purchased at Los Abrigaddos were under major renovation. The rooms were supposed to be chaned to large flat screen tv"s and granite countertops. The salepeople enticed you to purchase by giving you resort bucks good to be used at the facility. They also showed you a model room which was larger and newly remodeled. Supposedly when you purchase your upgrade the prices are still good from the initial purchase and first year maintenance dues were included. This year I am now hit with 2 years of double the maintenance dues due to their bankruptcy.
