I received a violation for unpaid tolls Im not disputing that at all my issue  comes with the fact that 2 different customer  service  representative  offer me to pay a lesser amount which was more afforder & on the last time I told the Representative  Ieasha that I would call back the very next morning @6am to make  that payment  she reasured me that  she would  be  notating my account. I called @ 6am to make  the payment  only to hear that I couldn't  make a payment  for that amount & had to pay the full amount I requested a Manager & when floor support  got on the line they stated that they would  have  to  listen to the call & someone  would get back in touch with me.

When I got off work Kia had left me a message  stating  that they did listen to the call & that is what the representative told me but know actul Supervisor got on the line and unfortunately I still  had to pay the full amount. I immediately  call the Illinois tollway Customer  Service  back again & requested  a Manager as soon as the Rep answer & I was passed down after speaking With Woozie to Shane to a Joe D who was supposed  to  be  a  manager but when  I asked  if he was a Manager  he goes yes so during the re explanation  of what was going on with my account  he stated that he was a Supervisor  so I told him that from the beginning  of  the  call that  I  requested  a Manager & was he a Supervisor  or a Manager & his immediately  response was Something  like that

& then I asked  him  was he sure of his title  & he immediately  got irritated stating to me that They already listen  to the call & that I had to make the full payment  I reinterated that it wasnt fair if the Customer  Service  Representative  told me a price that they should  honor  what there reps say & he told me that the reps make mistake & I explained that it wasnt a mistake because I explained  to her from the beginning  that the tolls were before I became  a  Ipass user & she placed  me on hold while  she spoke with  a Supervisor & then came back to the line with this offer for a lesser amount & he still refused to honor what his Customer Representative Offer.

The company you were dealing with probably didn't understand you. Your English is awful. Or maybe you were drunk when you posted? I hope that's it. 

Why don't you just pay your bill instead of trying to get something for nothing.

Why don't you get your GED in your spare time or go back to High school so you can be articulate? It's impossible to get anything accomplished with the way you express yourself. You probably misunderstood.
