Complaint Review: iFixScreens

iFixScreens Refusing to repair despite the existence of a valid warranty. Staten Island NY

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against iFixScreens company. On May18,2021, I paid $ 206.86 for installing a brand new screen for I phone X instead of the original screen that had a problem of unclarity (permanently existing line hiding the majority of the screen)and the service included 180 days warranty.

I discovered on June 20,2021 that the same exact problem that the I replaced the old screen for, is back again with the newly installed screen . I immediately took the I phone back to iFixScreens store to let them know that the screen has to be replaced with a new one according to the warranty , but have not received a satisfactory response. They claimed that the screen was hit ( the screen was not damaged at all and apparently looked-and is still looking- like a new one .)and I have received neither a refund nor a sufficient replacement. At this juncture, due to the time and effort I have expended, I am seeking both.
