IDNS inc I just got off the phone to one of the rudest men I have encountered in my 41 years of life. I received a letter in the mail regarding my domain and the fact I needed to renew. Not being a pro at this cyber/internet tech stuff. I paid however my site went down anyway. It's been almost a week since this happened and my previous host are unable to help. The man was extremely condescending and aggressive implying I was stupid. He said I would have to wait and he refused to refund me. He reluctantly took down my new email because of course the existing one isnt working so I wouldn't receive any updates.

Overall, the fee was more than double my previous host. The letter they send looks official and doesn't illustrate they are a competitor and eludes to being the national organisation that controls all the domains. To someone new to this it definitely worked. They received my funds but I will be doing anything so they have no part in controlling my domain now or in the future.
