Back on 11-5-02, Thomas Ligor of Idea Business Solutions entered into a signed agreement for my business to place classified ads throughout the United States for vending machine equipment/opportunities. Thomas wrote 2 hot checks to me which totalled over $5,000 for advertising services which were fully rendered.
