iCowhide Purchased a cowhide rug and never received it California
I purchased a cowhide from iCowhide in early September. Since then, my order has not shipped and the company is completely unreachable.
They have no phone number on their website or email address to contact them. I finally got ahold of someone in live chat and they told me my order was still in Brazil! This is ridiculous.
My next step is to call my credit card company and dispute this charge since I feel I have been scammed.
Buyer beware!! They will take your money and not send your order to you.
