My complaint is against U.S.A Auto Leasing and owner Mark . At the time of my vehicle purchase I was promised my car would be completely detailed, an extra key, and when I spoke to the owner he agree to help repair my front windshield. My salesman and I spoke about an extended warranty and I was under the impression that I was receiving a zero deductible warranty. Instead, I was under a $200.00 warranty.

I tried to rectify this situation in September with the owner, but as I was speaking to him about the mileage of my vehicle he rudely hung the telephone up in my ear. In February, I called U.S.A. Auto Leasing and spoke to a guy name Russ and asked him to cancel my warranty he stated that he can cancel, but he has to call the bank that hold my loan.

I waited a day or so and call him back because I have not heard from him and I called him back. At that time Russ stated that he will sent me a form for my signature and mileage on the vehicle on February 28th, I put returned that form to U.S.A. Auto Leasing in the postage paid envelope self addressed envelope provided by them.

On March 13th, I call Warrentech to see if my warranty was canceled and I was told in fact, that my warranty is still in effect and has not been canceled. From the start of my purchase the customer service has been below acceptible. I'm going through every avenue available to rectify this very unpleasant situation. I would appreciate any help you can provide me. Thank you for your time!
