Our insurance company went with this tired party company to complete an inspection of our HVAC system.
This company set a time schedule between 1-3 pm to come and complete an inspection of my HVAC system and never showed wasting valulable time away from work. When we called to complain, they said the inspector was 15 minutes out. That was 25 minutes past 3. That now interferred with another scheduled appointment we had. They were rude on the phone when we requested to cancel because we would not have enough time to comlete before we needed to leave. They said to just let inspector complete inside inspection and then we could leave. Inspector was still not the at 320pm when we left.
Totally feel riped off and I am sure they still tried to bill the insurence company, don't know for sure though.
Do not recommend them!
