hushmail.com hush.com Shut Down Paid Account
With zero warning and no explaination as to why; hushmail.com shut my account down. They blame it on algorithisms, but didn't bother to reinstate my account or give an explanation as to why it was shut down. After years of having the free account, I upgraded to the premium a couple months ago. My usage consists of three things; 1. My dog breeding website is linked. My main email account stopped working with Homesteads system; a problem shared by many people. I got a free account and never had issues with my business email again. 2. I belong to a small writing group and they are the ones who alerted me to the problem. 3. Used when getting accounts with places like Lowes or Disques.
That is all I use it for. I'm hardly a national security threat and was kicking around switching email accounts due to their extremely low storage for free accounts. I can get 10 times more storage with almost any other free account. I guess I'm lucky and bought into their account when they offered it for half off. They only scammed me for about $30.
