Hummingbird Loans Charged horrible interest rate.
I borrowed 1250.00 for an emergency. The girl rattled off a bunch of numbers for pay back amounts. They were between 4 and 540 dollars a month. I called today to get exact amounts to budget for them and it is 721 per month for 5 months plus the 550.00 payment I made last month. 3434.00 to pay back 1250.00. Is this even legal?

To get this loan, YOU had to sign a contract. Did YOU even bother to READ what you were agreeing to, BEFORE you agreed to it??? There is a "law" which is applicable here. It's called COMMON SENSE! Anybody with half a brain READS what they are obligating themselves to BEFORE they sign the paperwork taking on that obligation! Do yourself a huge favor before you do any more harm to yourself. Get yourself a keeper!
