*** BEWARE *** First, it was many calls to only be on hold, then when I finally spoke to someone, they told me that I needed to complete a form, then after submitting the required form, I was told that I needed to agree to a 5% restocking fee and the return shipping charges. When I again pointed out the defective issues of the lamp I received, I was told that I would still need to pay??? I then asked for a return label so that I could return the item, only to receive another email days later that it could take up to a week. I provided a week deadline and emailed 3x daily the same email each day with no reply. It has now been 2 weeks and no further communication. This is by far the worst experience I g=have ever had to return a defective item. *** BEWARE *** I warned with all emails that if I did not receive a resolution, I would make this post. I can only hope that a responsible person within this company fires those who do not take responsibility, NO EXCEPTIONS or SECOND CHANCES!!!
