I have had a horrible experience with HRS USA. The situation is similar to those I have read: opened a 6 month interest free account with Best Buy. I accidentally missed a payment & called to correct it.

They accepted an immediate payment over the phone & told me everything was in good standing & nothing more needed to be done.

A week later, I found out that they closed my account without my knowledge. I wasn't notified & when I called to straighten things out...I was told that I had to submit a dispute in writing. Because HRS doesn't record their phone calls, they could not review the original conversation.

I have sent 2 letters, called to speak with supervisors & have had absolutely NO response! I haven't even received a response indicating that they are working on my questions. I paid off the account & they are trying to charge me a late fee - oddly enough the payment was posted to the account a day AFTER it was due. I have completed the agreement (paying the account in full within 6 months) and they are trying to charge me over $60 in misc. fees.

They refuse to take accountability for the mistakes they have made and try to suck more money out of account holders. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact, I am telling everyone I know that they should be avoided.
