Complaint Review: HRS USA

The statement that I received from them has no explanation of how they came up with the minimum monthly payment. They charged 24.9% APR on balance and another discretionary amount on the balance.

When I asked the customer service rep, each gave me different answers. One customer rep said that the $86 amount was the interest amount which was not and the other sais that my minimum payment is 3% of the balance.

How is the consumer supposed to know what they are paying and what for??
