I ordered a complete computer setup on 11-19-99 from the Video Computer Store in Pipersville,Pa after seeing an ad on TV. All but the speakers and camera came by 12-24-99. The speakers finally arrived on 2-4-00. The camera is still being advertised on TV but I have yet to receive one even after repeated e-mails to their customer service. They answer that they have put in a request to have one sent. How long does it take?
