The Company posted my payment 9 days after I paid it electronically, making the payment late by 2 days.
They then imposed the full finance charges from the 1 year "promotional" period and continued to assess late charges on the finance charges - even though 2 representatives informed me that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction 2 months ago.
Spoke with 4 different representitives over 6 month period to no avail. The most recent representative just laughed and said "what are you going to do".
