I had No problems with this company who financed a new japanese made motorcycle for me until I traded it in for an american made motorcycle!Now for some strange reason my monthly statement arrives after or on the due date that I am supposed to have the payment in by! It has, arrived once two days before the due date.

I have called these people on the phone repeatedly to try and straighten this out with no success. They are in this for the MONEY.(extra late fee money!) So to beat them from charging me MORE late fees, I photo copy my statements to use for the month ahead. So everytime I send in my payment (which is current)I'm using their last months statment instead of this months because I never receive it in time!

What I like to know is what can be done about this? I am sure that they are probably doing the same thing to lots of other people too, making millions off of all of us from unjust late fees being charged to accounts!
