These bastards are ridiculous! They began charging me $35 late fees each month in Jan. 2004 and when I called 800-587-7349 to find out why, I found out that the payment due dates in their system are obviouslty different that what is printed on their statements!

For example, I have a statement dated 3/7/04 with a due date of 4/1/04. On 3/26/04 I sent them a payment. Their online account information states the payment was received on 3/30/04. But they still charged me a $35 last fee on 4/1/04!
