THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER I AM MAILING TO THEM ON 11/13/2004.IT IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. DONT BE FOOLED TRAVELERS!

Dear Hotwire President,

Please be advised, as CEO of this company, I understand customer service problems. I also understand the importance of resolving them, and pray they will be a return customer.

This is why I must take the time to inform you of something you don't know. My business partner, William and I paid you for a flight that didn't exist.

The flight #6730 was November, 1 2004. It was to depart Palm Springs, CA non stop to Denver, CO. We arrived and were told that flight was seasonal and did not start until December. The United airlines ticket agent was nice enough to let me use the phone to call you. Your agent told me I was sent an E-mail, and you had booked William and I on another flight. WE WERE STUCK IN PALM SPRINGS, AND WERE TOLD WE HAD TO BUY A NEW TICKET, AND THAT WAS THAT!

I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL.

THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!

I hereby demand a refund in full, that being the sum of $518.00 for both flights involved between Mr *.* and myself, **. This payment is hereby demanded and deemed payable to the above adress no later than TWENTY (20) days from the above date.

Should you want to cease possible litigation, as well as a media release, I strongly urge you redeem our monies paid to you.

Please make payable to David and William

United Airlines assured us you are notorious for this. You inconvenienced us beyond a vicious nightmare.

I remain.

Very truly yours,

David/Wiiliam
