Hotelscorp hotelscorp lied to me when they book my vacation and now they don't want to refund my money. Internet

I booked a vacation package with Hotelscorp on Jun 21st. 2016. I was online trying to book with Westgate resorts they gave me Hotelscorp number when I called they told me they were booking the Holiday inn resort because they are own by Westgate. When I arrived and check in with Westgate and they send me to the Holidy inn resort when we got there they check me inn to the room got uptairs it was nasty , smells, and ugly old. I went downstairs and check out the manager told me they will not charge me. After I went back to Westgate I spoke to a manager he decided to book us at the Wesgate Palace with an extra charge of $385.00 dollars. which we paid and he send an email to hotelscorp. When I called hotelscorp the manager told me it will take 5-7 business day to get a refund. Today I spoke to 2 managers they both told me they can only refund me $100.00 because the Holiday inn charge them. I called the Holiday inn spoke with people they both told the hotel did not charge them. Please do not use this company they are fraud and rippoff.
