Hot about Hotwheeles PC
We Called Patriot Computer Corporation about purchasing there new Hotwheeles (alos barbi) PC. on November 8, 1999. They promised us our computer by christmas 1999. We contacted them once the first week or December to find out about it. By this time we were approved for the 599.00 computer, they informed us that we would still receive it by christmas BUT it may show up at the lastest the day after, this didnt make me happy but my son wanted it badly. So since the Monday after christmas which was the 28th I started to call I have called 12 times since, all I want to do is cancel my order, when i call I am on hold for over an hour, or when someone does answer they gave me a run around and than put me back on hold.
