 American Mortgage Servicing Co; now aka ;Homeward Residential Mortgage Servicing is always Dishonest, Lying & Corrupt as well as misleading about what it is you are trying to resolve.They have never explained anything except only to continue with their incorrect accounting. The conversation always ends with "are you going to pay this ;(disputed) ;amount over the phone; even though they have done nothing to cure their false accusations.

         I have never been so stressed and upset in my life.I spent hours  looking up some information regarding this mortgage servicing company and they had approx. more than 1 million complaints against them.  They have since changed their name to Homeward Residential. Humm... How convenient. Never sent us an update to changing their name. In fact ,I have only rec'd 3 correspondance letters in the last 2.2 years! None said anything about a name change so I thought they may be scammers?

They say you owe more money then you owe and apply your payments to any way they feel works for them.Charges are added because you don't pay what they want when they say instead of resolving the problem first. I have stopped my payments as of Jan 1,2013. See the last letter I rec'd from them stating yet something other than what was initially said . Ocwen; (aka:Homeward Residential) ;is ripping people off every day.They tell you your payment is late when it is not.

They applied my Dec.1 -Dec.31,2012 payment to the Nov. payment because ? This goes on and on , which makes you owe more money that you should owe.  When you try to contact some one from the company you can never get a straight answer.  They said that it appears that I have made a monthly payment for each of the last 12 months ,but,that is as far back as they can go back. Said I must have been one month late from before the last 12 months ,but, cannot go back to check?

It seem's as if we can never get an answer for any of our questions. This company needs to be sued for there unlawful procedures, I would be willing to go for a lawyer consultation on a possible law suit any time. I am 60 years old and have a disabling disease & ailment. They are trying to put me in my grave before I need to be there! What they are doing cannot be legal? This company needs to be put into their place and stopped from ripping off good honest hard working ,disabled and retired people.

I have lived in my home now for 10 yrs.  My mortgage has changed companies several times over during those yrs,including a refinanced loan.  It was sold out to American Home Mortgage Servicing who now is Homeward Residential ;(I guess).  We began about 3 yrs ago to get a modification on our home;through HAMP.  Time after time we filled out the modification packet, only to be told that it was missing information or that they never received the packet ;twice in fact.  It was the same story over and over.  It has been a nightmare and extremely time consuming dealing with this mortgage servicing company ; third party . They continually told us that the faxes we sent never got there, or the information was old and had to be updated and we would have to start the entire process all over again;!? 

All we want to do is keep our home. It is far from being worth the value of what we owe on it.  Due to loss of income, the payments have been hard to keep up with.  We had been sending in our mortgage payment monthly. So,when we were accepted into HAMP on 10-1-2012 ,we rec'd a congradulations letter saying that we will be starting the 3 payment trial .& if we made those 3 payments we would be totally accepted. We did that and also continued to make the monthly payments monthly all the way up until Jan.1,2013 .We have the documentation to prove all payments. 
       
       This company is impossible to deal with. In my opinion they do not want you to save your home.    Finally, they have assigned us to their resolution dept.  The problem is we have been assigned to one before, and they could never be reached.They will say anything including lying to you .Even though  one of the employees tells us the truth ,we continued to catch Chris lying again and again. All of our faxes, packets, everything we sent by mail, have either not been received by the company or we "sent it to the wrong " place per them .

It seems that most of our information was never received... however, when you are making a payment they have no problem receiving that. When they need to talk or send an item they really want you to see they seem to have the correct address or phone # . I have zero respect for this company.  We are almost out of time is always the threat we receive from them. I never hear ,lets get this resolved or whu you say we are a month behind and we have &1100 in an account we didn't know we had ,etc,etc.Please help us.
