Homepantss.com Stated in return policy that items can be returned for full refund if not satisfied. They refused to honor, refused to give address to return merchandise to. Poor quality, Merchadise that does not fit properly

Purchased thru PayPal back in March. Still had not recieved items in July. Contacted PayPal. Told company to cancel order. They lied and said they already sent it.  Finally got items in August. Emailed company that items were of poor quality and did not fit properly. Told I could exchange for other items, but they refused to give return address to send items to. I sent photo of their return policy showing if not satisfied I could return for full refund within 30 days. They will not respond at all now.
