In response to an ad on the internet, I applied to buy a french bull dog. I wanted to drive to Snellville and buy one of their puppies.
I was going to bring the $950 in cash. I would receive my puppy in hand and then I would give them the money.
Brian refused to sell me one of his puppies without me mailing him a deposit or full payment. I told him, when I had the puppy in hand, he would have the money in his hand.
He will not respond and refused to sell.
I have several emails between Brian and myself to this effect.
