Home Shopping Network refusing to give refund even though proof of received return from us postal service. Plano, Texas

home shopping network refuses to refund my money even though they have gotten proof from US Postal Service (faxed from the Postmaster from the office where I mailed it from). They still say they didn't get the return even though the tracking number says it was received on Oct 3 2011 and an S. Brown signed for the return. I am also filing a complaint with the WV Attorney Generals Office. I am not making any more purchases with HSN. I am a coal miner and I can go elsewhere to buy the items I need. I think everyone needs to keep an eye on this company especially if you have to return an item, make sure you insure your return and keep the postal receipt with the tracking number on it. Even though I did this they still insist they didn't receive it. BUYERS BEWARE
