Complaint Review: Hi Tech home warranty

 Hi Tech sent out adrians repair to fix my oven. He said I had a bad computer board and would get it approved by Hi tech and return in three days to install it.  I paid him $65.00 Hi tech declined the claim  saying  the repairmen said I had bug infestation and that is what cauded the problem. First of all I have no problem with  bugs. I live in Forida which is hot and humid and occaisonally you see a bug. I live in a $500,000, home and treat it for any type of pests  regually. The tech never mentioned any bug problem as there is none. The  computer board is located on top of the oven and completely sealed. It is air tight and no bug could even get through there if I had any. I took it apart myself and there was no evidence of any bug problem whatsoever.  Hi tech sent out a repairmen who isn't even licensed in Florida. He never returned any of my phone calls and doesn't answer his phone. If he was a Reputable repairmen he would have to called to get my business. I believe they sent him out here with instructions to list something that would exclude  my warranty as listed in their contract. They collected six months worth of warranty payments  for nothing.
