Hey Dude Shoes USA Did not send order/will not reply to messages/removed phone # from website San Bernardino CA
Placed an order 11/26/20 for shoes. Waited almost 2 weeks so decided to email and see what shoes had not shipped. NOthing. A few days later sent another email. Nothing. Sent another email, sent a messenger message, sent an instagrm message, sent another messenger message.... nothing. They took the chat feature off of their website.
They removed the phone # from their website. No response from them. I checked their Facebook page and WOW many many other complaints just like mine. No response from the company. They took my money and just kept it....no shoes and no responses. I emplore anyone that is considering ordering from the company DO NOT DO IT!
