Heritage Warranty & auto service contratcts.com consumer Rip-off *UPDATE ..we have reached an agreement
Dan Brandon is a lying sack of s**t. I have been trying to reach him for 2 months now and he NEVER called me back. He sent me a d**n bogus looking letter on plain paper without my account number or anything, I responded immediately and he never called me back. I purchased an auto warranty with them with a credit card, I was told it would be $50 a month but they started hitting me for $67 a month.
I had my card stolen so I cancelled the card, I forgot to tell them about it so Dan Stupid Brandon send me a letter that appears to have come from someone's home office, it had NO company name on it, no address, not even my account number on it...so I called and left him 6 messages in all to get back with me...he never did...I finally got angry and the next thing I know...I AM CANCELLED...Yes I was one month behind because of the card being cancelled but I tried to make good by calling him and he NEVER (I SWEAR TO GOD) called me back..I have yet to speak with him.
I emailed him and called about trying to give him a new credit card, only after I got ugly on the phone he sent me this bullshit letter and tells me that I have been cancelled and they are refunding my moneywhich I have yet to see...
Well here is what they owe me, I want my FULL and COMPLETE refund as the website and their service says
www.autoservicecontracts.com and www.heritagewarranty.com
I paid them $200 down and 4 payments of $67 eachI want that back by this Friday.
I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Nebraska and South carolina as well as to Web Assured and to www.autoservicecontracts.com I have also sent a letter to the Attorney General in Nebraska and South Carolina to see if anyone else has been a victim of their lies.
I am surfing the web and everyone that sells Auto Warranty's I am sending them my situation with Heritage so that they can use it to sell against them.
I will have their name splattered all over the internet.
