My Heritage DNA Never gave me the product
We just needed a simple DNA test to see if my grand daughter has Indian blood. I ordered it 2/1. Never got it. Called, was told UPS could not deliver. Hmm, I get almost daily deliveries. Shipped again.
Never got it, Called on 3/26 and demanded a refund now. Was told they would send it to billing to process. I asked for a supervisor. Now being told to check with UPS. I get UPS notifications
