My boyfriend purchaced me a 2kt. diamond braclett in which the clasp on the item was seriously defective causing me to have lost it about 2x's with finally finding it only to return to store and request a replacement. This was resolved only by the manager working on this peice so it did work for only a short period of time until I returned a total of 3 x's.

This braclet was very special to me. I've never enjoyed such a wonderful gift such as this. Now the same problem has occured only this time there will be no recovery. I'm devastated over the loss. I've not contacted the store. Do you think I have a shot at the replacement due to their neglegence? Thank you,
