I first started doing business with this business on 04/11/20. On 10/21/20 I decided to order 4 more lines. I paid $33.32 from my credit card. They said I would receive SIM cards in one week. I never got them. On 11/06/20, I ordered again. On 11/13/20, I received the cards. Only to realize that they were not compatible. So, I called them and they said that my new order was placed under my first and original date 04/11/20, therefore making me ineligible to get a refund, because when I ordered my 30 day guarantee had already expired.
