Complaint Review: Heartland America+ Rockbottomauctions

I bid on the Rockbottom Auctions and won an item for about $16.00.
I received an email asking for $95.00 for shipping. They had advertised 3-4 week shipping time.
I have been shopping on the internet for 5 years and i have never been so shamelessly Used. The $95.00 charge appears on many websites as the overnight or next day delivery charge.
All other sites using this system give you a choice of three prices and shipping times.

When I complained that the price was ridiculous they replied that they would not send the item but I would be charged anyway.
Ther was no way to get the cost of shipping on the site and the 3-6 week shipping time was misleading.

I should know better,but OK I am an idiot. the actual cost for 3-5 week shipping is usually $30.00 sometimes less.

They are obviously not in business for the long haul.
Stay away from their auction site. At least yuo can get redress at EBAY.!!!
