Complaint Review: Hazeltons

Hazeltons Blamed shipping companies, wouldn’t answer their phones, wouldn’t let me cancel and wouldn’t let me post an unfavorable review on their site. Saddlebrooke New Jersey

I purchased a Gift basket to be delivered 12/23. If couldn't deliver that day we're to call me. I called on 12/26 no response. Sent an email 12/26. On 12/26 I filled out a review in their site and they didn't post it. Responded 12/27 with tracking. Upon tracking I could see only the label was created but never shipped.

Email on 12/31 asking for refund since tracking still showed label created.  I asked for refund. I tried posting another review on their site which they didn't post. Only good reviews must make the site. On 1/3 I received an email it was delivered. I had already purchased another gift from a different company which was actual delivered.

Also the tracking number they originally gave me still showed no information. Most horrible customer service. Companies like this go dark when they can't meet a customer's expectation. They blamed UPS about being backed up and UPS said they were not. So they're also untruthful.
