They claim to be in Etobicoke, and Houston.

They have been sued in Cyprus and lost.

They also op out of Britain.

I did report to the Ontario Consumer
and Protection office.

You can get a real pretigious one
for a little money, but at least you'll
have it?

With Capital, does anyone know where
you are depositing money to when
you use your capital card?

to mastercard, or capital?

It might be just as hard to spend your
money as it is to get your card.
