Complaint Review: 01 HARLEY STREET

Placed two orders, immediately canceled the first order, emailed, and tried to call. 01 Harley Street London still proceeded to process the first order. Fast forward, I received second order but never received the first order, was told by Royal Mail clerk the first package was sent back to the sender.

I reached out again to 01 Harley Street London to send another email detailing the information for the refund and afterward I did not hear back. I emailed multiple times and everything has gone ignored. I will file a complaint with their local regulatory agencies. Very poor business practices.
