Harley davidson of Dallas/Allen Salesman John Ridd sold me a tracking device that i cant renew, charged me for an add on that was already on the bike when i purchased it, and sold me rpmone service warranty that is a hassle Allen Texas

I purchased my 05 Roadglide about a yr and a half ago. I was sold a tracking device for $1999.99 installed, but i cant renew tracking service cause its for Dealerships AI REPO Companies. Under the impression that the tracker was for me to track my bike in case of theft, come to find Allen Harley Davidson Charged me $1999.99 so they could track my Bike if I fell behind in payments, of which i have never missed. I was also charged 999.99 for a touring pack add on that was already on the bike when the salesman showed it to me. In addition i was told that upon purchasing the extended warranty service from Harley Davidson of allen, that my bike could be fixed at any certified harley dealership in the US, but I took my bike to Bumpus HD of Memphis and they claimed they never heard of RPMOne (Hassle) After Bumpus got upset because i read The Contract to them they concluded that my bike was Totalled( But I drove It In) I took the bike to southern Thunder Complained to Harley Davidson Cooperate for about 4 days straight(Hastle) and I finally got my Bike fixed. Only Now i cant Renew that nearly $2000 tracking device nor can i get my money back from the tour pack i paid nearly a $1000 for that i took off the same day of purchase!
