DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  I was signed up by a salesman who never gave me a copy of my lease and I could not get it for two years.  I wanted to cancel as soon as he signed me up because after he tried to borrow money from me, I wanted nothing to do with the company.  Of course he could of just ripped up anything he said I signed, but he said "so sorry, you can't leave for three years"....I had no idea I was signing a three year contract.

 Well the scare tactics worked and I stayed with this horrible company for nearly 4 years and terminated my supposed contract in September, 2009. I had to send five faxes and two letters for them to understand I don't want them anymore.   They are still sending me billings to their monthly charges!

I am still also threatening letters for all kinds of different amounts.  The last communication on email stated I did not terminate before the month was up and so it automatically renewed for more years !     How is this for good customer relations?  I can't get a hold of these people.  I have sent letters, emails, faxes, phone calls and cannot get one person to help or answer anything, even the sales people will ignore you.  They will however send lots of threatening letters.  This has been a four year credit card processing nightmare for me and for my small cafe in central California.

NEWBIES, BEWARE...read the fine print....there are NO FREE TERMINALS.  This company charges so many ancillary fees you will pay for this terminal many times.  I have found out since this nightmare you can get a 30 day risk free trial period from your prospective merchant service before diving in. Make sure you have a reputable rep and find out how long they have worked for the company, and get on the internet and find out all the complaints against them.  It is your hard earned money and your business at stake.  You do not have to sign one of these ridiculous leases. 

I wish I could hug everyone of you who has been ripped off by this Bank. Good luck.
