Complaint Review: Harbor freight tools

I purchaseda hand nibbler6 months ago until recently that I wanted to cut a piece of metal it was sliding out without cutting I called customer service they told me to take it to store for exchange, I did so but store manager in Lexington Kentucky store was asking me if I purchased it from their store, he totally was ignoring Harbor freight logo on the package, they did not exchange the package and they were rude, I called customer service again and explained situation but They did not help me either and started explaining their problems they were not aware of life time warranty on their hand tools whichappears on their web site and appears on the bottom withit's link. They were not aware of life time warranty policy on hand tools, they could not identify their product in spite of their logo on package, they told me if you don't take your package we will throw it in trash.
