I have been trying to cancel my membership for months but they refused to do it. The first time I tried to cancel it, they told me to just freeze my account instead which I did for 3 months. However, I got back to them after that and they forced to charge me for another service before I could cancel it.
They took my money but didn't send the cancellation form. I called them three times still nothing, I kept calling them but they don't wanna answer the call. They took so much money from me already and I wanna get out of the membership but they're holding my card for hostage.
