On 12/23/22 I signed an agreement for a therapy plan with The Guys Clinic that cost $6500. I was in the office for three hours. I suffered from insomnia, so I was tired and low on blood sugar. I felt pressured and hurriedly signed the agreement. That very next day I contacted Mark Johnson the owner of the company and asked to resend the contract. I was told "no" because he had already ordered the HGH. He lied to me.

It will be two months as of February 3rd and I have not received the HGH. Also, the other treatments that were in the contract seem to be out of stock and have been since I signed the contract. The Guys Clinic was aware of these details and failed to disclose this information before I sign the contract. I consider this to be fraudulent behavior on the part of Mark Johnson. Not only was he deceitful on his part but he persuaded me to sign an agreement that was totally against my best interest.  He knew they could not follow through with their end of the agreement.

Usury - He financed the agreement at $150 per month at 17% interest. This is an extremely high rate of interest for a small monthly payment. At this rate, it would take 43 payments without even touching the interest, to pay in full. With the interest, it could easily take five years to pay off this contract that is absurd since I have not made a payment, the substances have not been received, and no treatments have begun, there should be little to no issue, granting my request to resend this contract.
