Guns.com Refused to cancel order and refused refund when item was refused delivery by UPS and returned to them. Burnsville MN
Ordered a hand gun from Guns.com On 11/13/21 and within an hour of placing the order, found that I had made a mistake and tried to cancel the order so I could re-order the correct hand gun. Received and email from within the hour that someone was working on it. Call them and was told it was too late to cancel, that it was being shipped in 3 hours. Found that they did not even apply for a UPS shipping label until 11/17/21.
Package was return to them by UPS unopened on 11/19/21 and was delivered to their receiving warehouse at 1245 Trout Rd., St. Paul, MN and was sign for by a person named Buck. They still refuse to refund my money even after receiving their product back. This is a predatory company and will do everything in their power to cheat you and steal your money. No one should ever do business with this company.
