Bought a medical machine off of Mike Li, off Alibaba. He said they only take wires and send outside Alibaba. Couldn't find any negative reviews and it looked like they were in business for years. So I did it.
They did send the product. When I got it, it was a different model then I requested and was missing some important features and equipment. Basically a $400 dollar less expensive machine.
When I mentioned this, he said " I told you I would send you a machine, I never said I would send you the one you requested"
Alibaba won't do anything because I did not pay through them.
I normally don't post on these sites, but there is no way to review this company and I can not let something like this go away.
