Complaint Review: Grundy worlwide

Buyer beware . Grundy insurance worldwide aka phiadephia insurance companies is doing everything in their power to not pay me on my claim . They dont have a problem taking your money for the agreed value  but when u suffer a loss they will not pay on the  claim .

Ive been insured by them for the past three years and just recently my 1962 chevy impala ss was stolen out of my garage . Its been four  months now and after all the investigations  my car is still not found and i havent been payed on the agreed value  .  They are doing everything in their power to not pay me on my claim . They  recently hired their attorneys , asking tax records for the past 5 years and things to work agaisnt me  just so they dont have to pay  . I feel that this is so wrong and unprofesional  and now they are treating me like a victim when i have done nothing wrong .

For the past 7 years  i worked my butt off to build the car of my dreams and after 7 years and over 250k invested that car is now stolen and  i cant beleive after paying the insurance grundy company would do something like this .   I just wanted to let everyone now whats going on and i will keep everyone posted as to what happends . If grundy dont make good on my claim i plan on starting a lawsuit and bringing this issue plubic and  letting  the whole collector car world know what im going through. Its bad enough i lost my most valuable car but then for the insurance to not pay u and do everything in their power to reject a claim isnt right .  They dont have a problem taking your money and insuring  it , but  they have a problem paying u when a claim is made .
