The founders sold a really great idea to encourage prospective students to enter various fields of study.
The academy marketed itself on teaching UX design, Growth Marketing and Sales.
Upon asking the founders a dozen times if this program is right for me since I don't have the funds to throw around, with their assurance I reluctantly joined the program.
Week 2 - I wanted to leave and get my money back - but the founder Sean Sheppard assured me to stay and stick with it.
After completing the program, our instructor was fired, a student quit after coming all the way from UK, the two of us were left with no prospective jobs and a $15K debt staring at us.
After the academy ended, it was almost impossible to get ahold of the founders or their career counselor.
After a year and some change, I am struggling to make the $450/monthly payment, have barely anything show for it from classes that I could have taken at Udemy.com for $10 a class.
This is not right what these guys have done to students.
