Groiler Books scam *Consumer Info *Another victim
I recently cancelled my books because I have had them for a while. I donot have the book they are trying to bill me for. I wrote them two letters and yet they still insist on billing me for a book I donot have. I have no way of getting thru to them except by mail because there is no phone number any where, but yet they continue to ignore my letters. What can be done about this.

i am one of the many victims, this is what happened
-first they sent books that i didn't requested.
-i didn't even know this company that time.
-they sent books with the bill.
-i complained one time but they lied to me
-they said they will cancel all the billing and the books. but they still
doing it.
-and for several days i have keep calling them, they don't respond and
they don't answer me.
I am sure they will be happy to oblige.
