GreenTree serving single parent first made a rent to own deal lost 4000.00 to person that were making pmts. the owner of the home i found out has been dead for 14 yrs. 6 months after moving in i get a knock on the door from a green tree worker telling me i must pay the amount to stay r i will have to move out. i agreed to make pmts. rapiad city South Dakota
i have gotten current an now they keep going up on everything an will not give me a payoff amount nor monthly statements.i have not sent anymore pmts. because i was ask an told i should have open the dead man mail.well i told her she no thats illegal an post dating 3 cks. were illegal when i no better.i did it an they cash them .i was not late an the calls begain. cicila was my worker an she was nasty telling me i dont understand.well as i say u get a lightbill every month an u pay it thats what an all i have ask for was a envoice mailed so i wont have late fees etc. i am lost an need help....now they r telling me to move out r pay. why am i paying a note for someone whom has past 14 yrs ago an asumming a note i have no concent to records..r payoff.. info...they are scaming?
greentree suck..there main concern is to get a pmt. i can pay a pmt. but i would like a statement each months for my records.somehow this is a trap i fell in.but without records i have nothing to say i payed this amount...why they dont understand that they made a loan to a man thats been dead 14 yrs. what about the owners befor me. how do i no he not making pmts...just a mess lots of stress.
