My wife recently purchased 4 packs of toilet bowl cleaners, 3 per pack. They break up into chunks and cause waste to sometimes lodge in bowl. This requires excess flusing using additional water consumption. My wife wanted to throw them out. I cut up an old stocking of hers and tied the last 4 tabs into little socks to prevent the chunking. My town is currently under a reserve of using excess water due to freezing temperatures. It makes it hard to comply with regulatory request of our local government.
