Complaint Review: Green River Townhomes

Greenriver Townhomes admits they owe me the full $375 deposit I paid for renting a townhouse, and that they made it out to and sent it to the wrong place. Although they admit their error, they say they cannot refund me until they get their mistake back. Its been a year and a half and still no refund. Since the placement of new employees at the Dickinson office during my rentorship, I rarely if ever get return phone calls and they never provide solutions. I wrote their Corporate office in the NE and never received a response from them either. Very, very unprofessional and dishonest organization from my experience.
