reservation was made and upon arrival the business accused our group of no showing the day previous. We still aren't sure if this was our mistake or there's. We thought we were booked for Sunday and they claim we were booked for Saturday. They claimed to have called on Saturday but we have no record of that call.

After some discussion the question was brought up of being able to get into another time slot. The lady explained they did have an opening that day but that since we "no showed" the day previous that we couldn't have that spot without paying. She rudely said "no show, no refund!"

We asked if we could go in with a discount? She simply said "no". The entire experience with this lady was very unprofessional. She continued to escalate the situation and couldn't calmly talk to everyone.

She then bashes us on social media. Yes, very professional as I mentioned. 

I would like a refund on my credit card. 

Despite who made the error I feel that this is a very poor business practice. Also, after doing some research on this company I've learned that they seem to have trouble resolving customer complaints. So as promised I'm letting as many people know as possible. 

plz research this company before spending your money with them.
