Great American Gunstock Company, Gun supplies is a rip-off
This company failed to send me my refund for a gunstock that was ordered at the end of 1999. There was a messup in the original order, and this company did not follow through to see that the problem was resolved.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Buruau of Northeast California, hoping they could help. The company failed to respond and resolve this issue. Later the Better Business Bureau sent me a report that indicated I was not the first person to be ripped off by this company and that they were rated as "poor" by the better business bureau.
In the end this company ripped me off for $115. which todate I still have never received. The company reveresed the problem trying to put it back on me, I kept records of phone calls, faxes to the company as well as printed copies of the UPS deliveries to show that their information is false.
Since he would not voluntarily resolve the issue and denied resolving this dispute with the Better Business Bureau, I am out $115. I should have never sent the money order in with my order, and they should have done what they needed the first time to get the right product to me. Sicne then I have written off collecting my refund, but I want everyone to know how this company does business.
