GRANT ENTERPRISES OF CAL. RIP OFF!
A $500.00 massage table by Stronglite was purchased and it was never mentioned that there was a non-returnable non-refundable policy. I tried to call and cancel and was told the shipment was already enroute. Once the table was received Grant Enterprises refused return stating they had a no return policy, unbeknown at time of purchase.

She was allowed to return the massage table with NO restocking fees or other charges despite the fact that she simply had changed her mind about the order AFTER it had shipped.
Interesting that she filed a complaint before we had a chance to resolve the issue but didn't take the time to update the fact that it had been taken care of.
One good thing that resulted from this is that we did put a return/restocking policy in our order section.
